Not as much as I used to, .50 TC Hawkin, .54 TC Hawkin, .44 Rem. 1858; the year I did a lot of shooting, I used over 6# of powder. That Remington was a bit hard for me to get it right. Only round ball and only BP. I'm in the market for a smooth-bore. Guys have competitive shoot at Neosho every Sunday afternoon, but it's been some years since I went. They are mostly flinters.
I own several and love to shoot - just don't have the time to play with them much nowadays. Got 3 revolvers I've picked up over the years too. I can't hit anything with them, but the smoke and noise is way cool!
Tip Curtis says he makes 40 rifles a week ,including smoothbores . I have an English fowler flinter . Any contact info on the guys at Neosho ?
golly, that's a lot of guns, even if it is just assembly, no machining or hand crafting/finishing. Wonder where he sells 2000+ front loaders a year these days? Round here there are so few shooters that powder is extremely hard to get and costly. 30 years ago there probably 30 vendors within an hours drive of me and now there are none.
Ray, I'd have to just drive up there and ask, I was never into that and haven't been there in years but see them occasionally when passing by. Doug Hall (artist, Indian paintings) has the range and has recently put an art studio/gallery there in a log cabin like his archery store used to be in.
I went to Friendship yesterday , not all the vendors were there . Tip was and he makes 40 a year ,not a week, my bad . , he is a low talker . Makes 150plus different styles though .some very nice guns . Never had been always wanted to go .
I have an inline I bought at a yard sale for $50 bucks , I am going to give it to my buddy in SD .Tip makes a lot of kits and has a duplacarver.so machine made . I had got a good deal on powder a couple weeks ago .

farmnhunter: If you want to avoid feline, you can't use any meat or fish item or scent. Try a piece of black licorish covered by dairy feed, or lucky charms or corn/koolaid (mix 1 qt whole corn with a package of grape koolaid)
