This beautiful specimen was found along the Missouri River Banks last Spring (2013) near Arrow Rock. It was about the size of a football and had 16 separate morels all emanating from the same stalk. In the past I have seen poly's with 3 or 4 morels all shooting from the same stalk, but nothing like this! Something to whet your mushroom hunting appetite between seasons.

farmnhunter: If you want to avoid feline, you can't use any meat or fish item or scent. Try a piece of black licorish covered by dairy feed, or lucky charms or corn/koolaid (mix 1 qt whole corn with a package of grape koolaid)
