Dang luked, the way your luck has been going, I wouldn't do anything with the wifey cause something might just fall off of ya.
Sorry to hear about the boat tho. It bites buying used boat, nobody takes care of them.
Better get that hand checked out and taken care of, kinda hard to set traps with one hand.
Hope your luck changes for ya...

Must be a big boat if it has a fuel pump. I stay away from knives when I indulge in spirits.(not to say you did) Sorry Luked, aint good but it could be lots worse.

I do beleave he was talking about his fuel pump on his "TRUCK" going out, not his fuel pump on his boat.

Its all perspective. I think the world is ending when my 454 throws a timing chain and it turned out to be a bad rotor. No matter how bad it gets, you can look around at someone worse. Fuel pumps used to be two bolts and a line on the side of the block. Then some idiot put them inside the gas tank and you got to pull the bed to drop the tank. Take care of that hand Luked and a credit card will fix the rest. Mofo-I dont follow....

I like old trucks too. All ya gotta carry is a crescent wrench and a flat screw driver and you can usually get it going to get home.

Well i know you have already taken your boat in, but outboards typically are not that difficult to work on. The next bad deal headed your way is a stroke when you get the bill. Hope it all works out

Did you hit anything with the prop? I put alot of hours on my boats and usually when they start running rough, cleaning out the carbon build up and fresh plugs gets em purrin again The boat I just bought with a 50 hp mercury ran just fine when I bought it, of course that was running it on a flusher. On the water it would idle fine and fall on its face when trying to plane out. It was sucking air at the filter bowl, I by passed the filter while on the water and then it ran fine.
